It's so nice to be back after a 3-week vacation, it's just that we don't wanna face the reality of going back to work after we experience the fun and relaxation in Phils. (even though it's really hot) we'll probably get used to it after awhile-doon tayo lumaki 'ika nga. It's so flattering when somebody makes a comment like: uuyy, pumuti ka, or wow sumeksi ka or naku di ka tumatanda, o di ba? The chance to see your friends and relatives, and hang out with them, exchanging texts, eating food that we miss, those are memorable experiences that you want to cherish. I admire those people na marunong makisama, hindi lahat kase meron ding killjoy... So much pictures to upload...wait na lang...

Happy Thanksgiving from me and my family...to you and yours...

"ANTICIPATED REUNION" Oh, Lord, I ask not for great riches, Of silver and of gold, Or houses or lands to possess, And ever to hold; But, one thing mainly, I do ask of you, This is my heart's cry, Indeed, Lord, 'tis true, That when we're called home, At the end of this day, This is what I desire, The thing I most pray: As we are gathered in, From all over the land, I'll meet and embrace The whole family band. ~Author~ © 2001 Nancy Fraley

He needs a haircut, doesn't he??
Been wanting to watch this movie 'cause I like Jackie Chan. Finally watched it today and it's worth watching, it's really a funny movie, especially the part when Carter & Lee were interrogating the French-speaking bad guy, and here comes a nun trying to translate what the guy was saying...

Didn't get a chance to go to church on this special day because everytime I catch that TV Sunday Mass on TFC it makes me lazy to change and go (I know that's bad) but sometimes I find it better, especially the sermon. Today's mass was officiated by Father Jerry Orbos-he said: Being a mother is a lifetime career, 24/7 tayong Nanay for our children, and we can't even take a day off, no retirement as well. It is very true, so I just wish all the best of everything for all of us na mga Nanays.
Thanks to everyone who greeted me today, my kids, nieces, sisters-in-law and some friends.
Just wanna share this one that I read this morning..
BLESSED are all they that fear the Lord: that walk in his ways.
For thou shalt eat the labours of thy hands: blessed art thou, and it shall be well with thee.
Thy wife as a fruitful vine, on the sides of thy house.
Thy children as olive plants, round about thy table.
Behold, thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.
Happy Three Kings Everyone! Sa atin sa PI, this is still continuation of Christmas. Kids go to church wearing their new clothes, then namamasko ulit after. Merong nagtatago na sa mga namamasko, meron namang nag-eexpect pa rin ng dadating and they offer their leftover kalamay, broas, etc. etc. Nakakamiss naman ang gano'n. Here sa US, siguro simba na lang and listen to the Fil. priest's sermon in the church na 90% yata eh Pinoy
Wow, another year just passed and let's welcome the New Year with a prayer and some resolutions (although hindi naman nasusunod :D...) Let's just hope this year will be much much better than the past year. From our family- we wish you guys a healthy, peaceful, blessed and a prosperous life this year. Tawanan lang ang problema
I finally felt the spirit of Christmas after putting up the tree, decorated the living the room, so I started my little Christmas shopping on Sat. when it was really raining hard (nite time) Then eto na, I got sipon really bad that I had to go home early from work on Monday nite, then called-in-sick Tuesday. So, in other words, it's not really fun mingling with a lot of people in the mall where we can get all these viruses, but what can we do, it's only once a year, di ba? So my advice is always keep medicine ready. And don't get wet..
The result of staying at home 'cuz of nasty weather
